Call our department at 303-724-7001 and tell our receptionist about your interest in becoming a new patient in our clinic. The receptionist will
gather some information from you and schedule you for a screening appointment. At this appointment we will evaluate if you need braces and if this
is the right time for treatment. As a courtesy to you, no fee is charged for this initial visit, and you are under no obligation to continue with any
treatment. Please download our patient information form and, if applicable, the insurance information form, complete them at home and bring them with
you to your screening appointment.
